Prescribers will\nstill need a hardware token subscription to set up the software token, and to\nuse as a backup in case of a lost cell phone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To add a\nsoftware token to an account:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.Download the\nAuthy application to the mobile device from the App Store<sup>\u00ae <\/sup>or Google\nPlay\u2122.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.On the Manage\nAccount window, click the <em>Manage Account<\/em> button:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The EPCS\nRegister Prescriber window opens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.Click the <em>Authenticate<\/em>\nbutton, on the Manage Token section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the\nauthentication is completed, the Authenticate button will be grayed out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.Click the <em>Add\nCredential<\/em> button, on the Manage Mobile Credential section:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Mobile\nCredential Registration displays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.Enter the mobile\ntelephone number, and click the <em>Register Phone <\/em>button:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6.On the\nThe Mobile Credential Binding section, click the <em>One Touch<\/em> button:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7.Go to the Authy\napplication on the mobile device, and click the<em> Approve me to bind your\ndevice <\/em>message:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A window\nopens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8.Click the <em>Approve\n<\/em>green button to bind the device:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the\nrequest is approved from the mobile application, it displays as <em>Active <\/em>under\nthe Manage Account of the eClinicalWorks Application:<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Path: Main Menu &gt; eCW Menu &gt; Tools &gt; ePrescription &gt; EPCS Register Prescriber &gt; Manage Account Adding a software token to an account after the original hardware toking has been bound can be done at anytime by accessing the Manage Account window.
