Windows – Create a user profile without logging in as the user

1. Open a command prompt

2. Type the following command (replacing <domain> and <username> with your information):

        runas /env /profile /user:<domain>\<username> cmd.exe

3. Press enter to issue the command

4. The user’s profile will be created by the OS as a template from the Default User profile.
