Disabling a touchscreen in Windows 10

To disable the touchscreen fully:

1. Open registry editor as administrator.
2. Navigate to HKLM/Software/Microsoft/Wisp/Touch
3. If it doesn’t exist, add a new DWORD called TouchGate.
4. Set TouchGate’s value to 0.
5. Move into MultiTouch now.
6. Set MultiTouchEnabled as 0.
7. Go to Device Manager as an administrator.
8. Set the HID-compliant touchscreen driver as something totally off the wall driver wise
9. Restart computer
10. Have client test touchscreen functionality when you disconnect. If no input, great! If there was, try setting/creating the TouchGate DWORD (mentioned in step 3) in HKCU/Software/Microsoft/Wisp/Touch
