How to fix Adobe Acrobat Pro licensing

If you’re getting error -28000 when launching Adobe Acrobat Pro:

1. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\
2. Delete the OOBE folder
3. Go to Programs and Features and repair the Acrobat Pro app
4. Relaunch
5. ???
6. Profit.
